Great product, quality and excellent service

I run Barnett clutches and cables on all my bikes and have done so for years. I’ve always had great customer service from Barnett. Their products’ quality speaks for itself. In the very rare occasion that something went wrong in the past, they had no issue immediately fixing it, even though I’m halfway across the globe. I’m a fan and will be a loyal supporter for life, like many other riders already are. 🙌❤️
Customer service was very unsatisfying. Ordered a clutch for a Ninja zx10r. They sent me a clutch for a z1000. They argued with me on the phone that I told them a z1000. I told the ladie 5 times zx10 zx10 .. They would Not make this right at all. They said it was my fault. I paid $362.00 for the wrong clutch and they Can’t even send me the right one in order to make this right. Will not use this company again. Very Very Very unsatisfied
