We purchased a new vehicle this year but didn’t get a chance to work with him and ended up having a very bad experience. RecommendedJust leased my 3rd vehicle from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale — a 2021 Kona SEL. Love the car! Handles so beautifully. The sales staff was wonderful. My sales rep Jeff Z. was amazing! He had all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I arrived. He explained everything thoroughly and was friendly, professional, and efficient. I enjoy the robo response when someone complains... "hello im sorry you had this experience"... blah blah. laziness, just like the company. they sold a vehicle out from under me after I secured the check to bring to them.. i work in law enforcement, so my time is very limited... drove 2 hours to find out they sold the vehicle to a guy that "put money down"..smh
RecommendedI returned my lease car and got my new lease vehicle the other day. The car sales person, Sky Kim was very nice and well prepared with all the paper work and it went smoothly and we finished the processing everything very fast. Everybody at the dealer was friendly and kind.
