From sales to service, I have had an excellent customer service experience at BC Mazda!! They are professional but personable, knowledgeable and prompt, and all at a honest/fair price! I had to have my windshield replaced because of a rock so I can speak to parts, body shop, service as well as sales department-they are all ‘top notch’!! I highly recommend them!!

Being treat with disrespect is not acceptable in the service department! I was there today and there 2 months ago, 2 different service guys and total disrespect and rudeness !! I have 1 year left on my lease and really like my vehicle but they really need to work on their service department!!
