I had a great sales man who made sure my happiness was top priority! Thankyou Chris Borden!
From sales to service, I have had an excellent customer service experience at BC Mazda!! They are professional but personable, knowledgeable and prompt, and all at a honest/fair price! I had to have my windshield replaced because of a rock so I can speak to parts, body shop, service as well as sales department-they are all ‘top notch’!! I highly recommend them!!
Very nice, upfront about costs, made sure you were well taken care of!
I bought a 2019 Santa Fe and so far I am very well pleased. Joe Washington was my salesman. Thanks Joe!!
Great people + Great Service!
Couldn’t be more at home when you walk in this place. They seriously bend over backwards for you! Hopefully I won’t be visiting anytime soon, because we purchased a brand new 2020 PALISADE!!!! April White made the delivery experience the best, ever! I will never forget the experience my family had here! #happycustomer
My car was ready after oil change amd tire rotation is a short time. Did not have to wait for hours and I appreciate that
Awesome customer service !
Being treat with disrespect is not acceptable in the service department! I was there today and there 2 months ago, 2 different service guys and total disrespect and rudeness !! I have 1 year left on my lease and really like my vehicle but they really need to work on their service department!!
