I was just told that I wouldn’t be getting a jack that was never there because I’ve had the car for over 2 years. I had a flat in Jackson a couple of months ago and luckily the guy who helped me had one. I’ve had no reason to check and see if there was a jack back there because I’ve never had a flat until August. This will be my last time to purchase a vehicle from them.
