RecommendedI highly recommend the service dept at Barkley. Kristy Herring and Mike Dunn were an absolute pleasure. They were both super accommodating and very friendly. This was my first experience with them after using Chevy for years and they definitely won me over. Better price, better wait time, and better staff.

Barkley gets a FIVE star rating from my family! While traveling thru Tuscaloosa over the holiday, our GMC Terrain engine blew on I-20 and was towed to Barkley. While I usually have great experiences here, it's sad that I can no longer say that. Simple "warranty recall work " led to them running down my battery and NOT owning up to it. My clock was reset when I picked it up...which means it most likely died there first. They have no explanation as to why this happened and they "are sorry that I'm upset about it" but they did not offer to replace my $170 battery. #nothappy
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Barkley has a team of people that will go above and above to take exceptional care of you. We purchased a vehicle here and they had the paperwork ready super fast and stayed late to finish closing out the details. When I had a warranty issue that a dealership closer to me couldn’t manage effectively and timely, I drove 2 hours one way to Barkley and they took care it. Customer service at its finest!
Matt Lamb was very professional and knowledgeable. He was helpful, and did not try and push me to make a purchase. He gave me all the information that I needed to make an educated purchase that I am very happy with.

The service was fast on yesterday. At the service desk Christopher Sparks did my paper work for my service. Anytime I go I know if he is the one I love to handle my check in for service. People patronize business when there are very nice people's. Since my purchase in 2013 All of my visit has been all good. It's a good thing when you feel comfortable and know that you trusting a person to see too service is done. I rate that service Dept. Highly recommended to everyone. Need more people's just like him.
