Glen Ellen, our sweet, sometimes overly anxious German Shepherd, had her first "spa day" and "play date" at Barking Ranch yesterday. I was nervous about leaving her, but had the best surprise when I picked her up. When they brought her out, I was seated on a bench, and before we made eye contact, I witnessed a wagging tail and a wide-open grin, tongue out. A happy Glen Ellen makes a happy mama. Thank you, Barking Ranch staff for a positive 1st experience. :)
Absolutely love this place!! Our German shepherd Sadie is a very shy girl and has a very difficult time adjusting to new places. We went out of town a few weekends ago and boarded her here. When we picked her up we could tell she had had a great time. So much so, that we now bring her on a regular basis for doggie day care! They have been wonderful to her. They take the time to get to know each pet, their likes and dislikes and do their very best to make it a fun experience for them. They even paired her up to play with dogs... read more

Amazing facility, caring, polite and professional staff that know how to care for my child and indirectly me when we have to be apart. I highly recommend this place! Skeeter will be returning, no doubt.
Well, the adage "there's nothing like a small town" applies here. What a great staff! The facility is perfect, inside (spotless and air conditioned) and out (three separate outdoor play areas so they can mix and match how the dogs interact). What a find.
I wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else!! Everybody at Barking Ranch makes that extra effort to make sure all the dogs are comfortable and safe. It's my dogs home away from home.
Wonderful ladies. Our fur babies had a great day at the spa being groomed. Most definitely a place to return...
Bentley loves Barking Ranch! He gets so excited when we drive up. He can run and play with his buddies and comes home exhausted. Love this place!!
