It has now been four weeks post surgery and I am feeling great! I find that I talk to myself all day. (Lol) meaning time to drink, time for me to take my pills,time to eat , check time to make sure I am waiting 30min before and after eating. Feeling proud in knowing I will be a success.
I like them but just wish there was a little more detailed one on ones after surgery.
Today i was sugested to think about getting an opporation done for me 2 also lose my over weight problem and im looking up things about it and saw the facebook page and thought i should get some insite on it from people that hve had it done please help me figure out what to do. i have family and friends that r suporting on what i do.i would love to have some input please.
I'm still on my journey, but everyone is vey supportive so far:-)
