I’ve been going to see Dr. Gordon for 20 years. He and his staff are professional, flexible, friendly, and accommodating. I’ve watched this office expand over the years, which I honestly was nervous about at first. But even with the growing amount of patients, the amount of time spent with patients hasn’t changed. Getting an appointment is easy and you aren’t rushed in and out of the office. Dr. Gordon values his patients and I recommend him without reservation.
I wrote a comment on their website warning patients of the wait time and lack of communication from the front desk. I received a letter to my home ,an email and when I did not respond to either one they sent a letter to my employer with a copy of my comment and to tell me to remove it. The Dr . actually resorted to name calling, telling my employer I was a vandictive person because of my comment. Of course I responded at that point they went too far. I will not remove my comment!! Extremely rude and condescending employee. I was told my insurance was accepted when the appointment was made, and then was told there was an additional fee not covered by my insurance when I went to leave. The doctor than came out to say that he had thought about getting rid of accepting our insurance because they don't pay that much and basically he didn't because he was doing a "service" for the military. Dr. Karl made sure all my questions were answered and greatly relieved my stress after I hurt my eye. Super helpful :)
Dr. Gordon and the team are awesome. They show care and compassion for each and every patient. It feels so warm and friendly that you almost forget you are a patient. If you are in search of a Doctor that cares and listens to your needs, look no further.
I've been going there for over 8yrs and Dr. Shoshana always takes great care of me and my daughter. I refuse to go anywhere else for my eye exam she gives great service and her professionalism is TOP NOTCH!!!!
