These people are lazy and have no idea what they are doing
double booked appointments. one associate stated this. another stated they had a emergency patient. waited nearly an hour past appointment time moving patients room to room like chess pieces. no notification or common courtesy of a phone call. not even an apology. piss poor customer service.

RecommendedI went to Barenburg Eye Associates after being dissatisfied with several other eye care offices in the area. The staff is welcoming and efficient. The physicians (I've worked with several) are consistently caring and willing to spend time with each patient. I recently had cataracts removed and the prep staff literally held my hand throughout the process. My vision has never been better and Barenburg has a customer for life!
I came in to get my prescription today, since I damaged my glasses last night and lost a lense. The receptionist was adamant about writing EXPIRED on the prescription. I needed to go to Vision Works, since I needed an immediate replacement. You've just lost a customer of about 18 years, because your staff are insensative and rude!
RecommendedI have been a patient Dr Gordon for years. Not only is he a great doctor but he cares greatly about his patients.
My large family and I have been Barenburg patients since Dr. Mark Gordon was the only one there, so 25+ years! (Only Kiki has been there longer than we have!) I am so thankful especially for Dr. Joshua Gordon catching my daughter's blindness that was missed by her pediatrician...and being so caring and comprehensive with her ongoing treatment. My family and I have been going to see Dr. Gordon and his staff for all most 20 yrs. now. Three of the four of us wear glasses or contacts and we get the best service and deals from the Barenburg Eye Associates. In fact it was because of Dr. Gordon's thoroughness that I live today, He saw that something was not right with my peripheral vision in his testing and sent me to get more testing from the Neuro Ophthalmologist.
