I have been a Barefoot member for almost 1 year now, and have only great things things about it! There are so many different styles of yoga to choose from and each instructor challenges me and grows me in a different and wonderful way! Come if you want to transform yourself!
What a wonderful place! Having Multiple sclerosis , Rheumatoid Arthritis , spinal stenosis and falling and breaking my neck July 2014 I've been going to the studio every weekday for the past month. I cannot believe how much stronger I feel just after one month. I felt a difference after my second week. The best part is it helps me relax and find peace within myself! I can't thank Brianna enough! I feel like a new person! I am totally hook:)!!!
Visited my parents back in July, was excited there was a new studio located closer to their place! The person at the front could not answer any questions... Was planning on buying a 10 class pass for my visits, but after meeting the rude instructor, decided against it. Asked questions regarding how the class would be and her snotty tone and answer was not very "yogi" like. The class had no flow, the music was bizarre and was embarrassed I brought two friends with as well!
