Barefoot Studio is simply the best yoga studio I've been to. I've never experienced an instructor I have not liked. The owner, Brianna, has a way of making her classes amazing. Each class is peaceful and empowering while challenging and rejuvenating. I always leave feeling mentally at peace and physically limber and strong. It is a gift she has and shares with us. Grateful to have this wonderful place here in Tucson.
We took the Yoga for Arthritis classes....it was amazing...we learned that even though we have chronic pain, we CAN keep moving and doing yoga. We learned lots of modifications for difficult poses. Liz and Susan are fabulous instructors.
I love this studio. The instructors are great. The introduction price for your first month is awesome. I am going to become a member. I'm hooked, thank you.
I have never been to such a welcoming yoga studio before! I enjoy every class and they really take the time to help you with your poses and you leave feeling amazing! I can't wait to go to yoga each week! I love it here!! :)
I've done yoga in different places and different times of my life, and I have to say... the sense of community that Barefoot Studio has, makes this place rise above others! Keep the good work!!!
