Gave one star because it doesn't let you choose 0. Their product doesn't work. Technician came out a second time and talked me out of doing a reservice and did the outside with wrong product and when called to complain again that we were still having pest and flea issues was made to feel like I just wanted free service. After rude customer service was told they would come out they transferred me to schedule it got a voicemail left a message and was never contacted about coming out to do another service. I used to have stampede and it was fine - now that it’s been bought out by barefoot, I can’t get through to anymore - I’m wait for an hour on hold to ask for service. They also created another account number and double billed me, so while I’ve been paying monthly they claim I have debt from the clone account. Edit - resolved

My prior service company was bought out by this firm. They came unannounced, albeit that they sent an email to inform me they would be in the area and if I didn’t want the service to let them know prior: I didn’t read the email but that was not my prior arrangements to have them come unscheduled (totally caught off guard ) and of course they showed up and serviced my yard. Would give them a negative rating if possible. Daylight robbery and bulldozing their way. Horrible service. I don’t want them come service anything so they literally want to take out the bait stations I paid full price for. Absolutely disappointed and pained by the experience.

One of your employees was very rude and flicked us off on the freeway driving a Nissan Versa license plate 7BA 7WA. The car was covered with your brand. I personally feel that puts a bad representation on your company especially because they were driving with your company name all over the car. This was the number on the car 743689.
