Great venue and ambiance! I have had dinner at BBS about 5 times now and it's been excellent every time. The bacon wrapped filet and Chateau Briand are delicious and a great value. You would easily pay twice this amount ITP for the same cut of meat. Highly recommend.
This was our third dinner at Bare Bones and while our other experiences were great, last night was exceptional. It was a slow night but that did not change the level of service or the quality of food. This place is a great neighborhood gem. The steaks are very good quality, menu selection full of tasty sides. Seems to be very busy every time we go in so get reservations. Now if they would just bring back the dessert named "Elvis". Great evening as always. Thanks.
Steaks are perfectly grill and balanced, Kenneth the general manager is always looking to make the service better, but the steaks are the stars �definitely I will recommend it to everyone, and the best part is about 15 min from my house.
Yesterday was our first visit and we will be back. Little disappointed that they were out of several cuts of meat at only 5:30 but my husband and I both had the prime ribeye and it was delicious
My husband and I went to Bare Bones last evening with 4 friends to celebrate 3 birthdays. As usual, the steaks were served with a perfect char, and the mushrooms and creamed spinach sides were great! Our waitress, (can't recall her name) was attentive and very sweet!! The GM stopped by to check on our meal, and we had a great conversation. The 3 birthday celebrants enjoyed desserts on the house. Went to Bare Bones last night for my mother-in-laws birthday. I have to admit I'm not a fan of a'la carte restaurants. That being said the food was good but not necessarily the best I've had (for less money). I had the 9oz bacon wrapped filet and it was a little dry. Steak Char is out of this world made the steak taste burnt and bland everyone was nice but the long Island was a bit sweet as well
Celebrated our 15 year anniversary at Bare Bones last nigh and. I mist say it was money well spent. The steaks were as soft as butter and well seasoned. I commend the owner and his wife to come introduce themselves after we finished eating. Once they heard it was our anniversary their kindess gained 2 customers forever.
