I have a hard time understanding the state of Health Care these days. What I would consider to be a reputable Pediatric Practice has the policy that if you take your children to the Doctor who was forced out of their Practice (noting that this Doctor was the one that there for both kids birth), then you are never welcome back!!! Apparently the egos at B&D supersede what I would consider to be in the best interest of the children. Mental to note for all who still go here, don't leave or you will be shunned for ever.
Have had only great experiences with Dr. Didriksen! We drive all the way from Greenville because of the excellent care. I have always been able to get my little ones in the same day when they are sick, and they have even given me an after hours appointment. Highly recommend!
We've been clients for 7.5 years, have always been pleased. We typically saw Drs Hulsen and Kim-Judd, no complaints with them - they are great. Over the past year or so, the receptionist staff have been RUDE for every visit or phone call and I can't take it anymore. They need new receptionists or at least need a talking to because it is unacceptable to be treated so rudely and greeted with unhappy staff, especially ones that have been clients for as long as we have.
