My son rented from them. They had water pouring into apartment. Maintence department came & wasn't fixing it. They had black mold on walks & ceiling. Floor under bathroom was squishy. Only after we notified they were not renewing lease did they attempt to let them out early. It took the management of the company 11 weeks to refund deposits. Eucalyptus real estate in Oklahoma and Megan McGinnis manage poorly. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. They gave us 1.5 times back our deposit since they were past the 30 days allowed by Kansas law.
Worst apartment complex I've lived at. They lie about when they will fix any repair request you put in.... Been waiting well over a month for several repairs.... Waiting about 6 months to have carpets cleaned that should have been done prior to moving in. Definitely not resigning a lease with them.
