What do I recommend about it? I recommend that if you are looking for an apartment complex in Wichita, this is near the very BOTTOM of your list! Bed bugs are everywhere there and management doesn't care! People are going days with no a/c because management doesn't care! Now a call to management about wasp nests in the bushes right outside the apartment buildings gets a reply of "That's your problem, not ours!"!!! Management doesn't care! This place only cares about money. They couldn't care less about their renters!!!

I've lived here a little under a year. Good neighbors, relatively quiet neighborhood. Maintenance needs are typically taken care of with in a week - urgent needs taken care of right away. Problems or concerns I've presented have been taken care of rather quickly. Pool and yard was cared for nicely during summer months. Generally pleasant place to live.
