Have to give some love to this review section. I've lived here going on 5 years and honestly its been great. Carley and the team have always responded quickly to any issues that come up and concierge are all dolls. Management works hard to create a community in the building and is regularly hosting resident events and made noticeable upgrades to the building since I've moved in. Yes parking and rent prices are high but not outrageous for the location. I love living here and will be sad when I leave!!
Worst manager Carley! So fake don’t care if something happen to your car even when you tell her she won’t follow up!! Parking doesn’t have cameras inside so they won’t help at all! All she cares about is rent money and parking that’s all! No maintenance lasts more than year the way she treats them! We know we’re moving out by midnight she stalked my husband asking him to leave by 8pm we will be here until before midnight so you won’t force me to leave by 8! Hot water issues, maintenance are friendly and helpful, Mike is a great concierge! The management is the worst says hi when she wants to and act like she didn’t see you when she wants too! We’re ready to leave the building good luck moving in here!
