Showed up.. had no reservations. Asked to wait by the host...made up a table of 4. Drinks were fabulous.. 4 classy ladies ordered meatballs, chicken thighs, snap peas, roasted beet salad, quinoa salad and gnocchi... absolutely delicious and amazing service! Thank you!

This is one of the top culinary reasons for coming to Philadelphia; consistently amazing food along with all the sister restaurants on 13th. The octopus is amazing! It really should be a lunch special order when I'm coming to town. The guys cooking are on point and fun to talk with. Foodie porn

I've been there several times, going back to 2013. It is my favorite restaurant in Philadelphia. Last Saturday, I had a fantastic meal with my son. The gin and tonic was very well made. We started with the beet / kale salad, snap pea salad. We then continued with the Special cinghale pizza and roasted mackerel. The food never disappoints and the service was outstanding. Thank you, I can't wait to return...It is a busy place, be sure you have a reservation...

What a great experience! You must try the stuffed meatballs. And for desert - the carmelized white chocolate pecan gelato is the best I've had outside of Italy.

Last minute decision to eat here so couldn't get a reservation but ate at the bar. Drank a few French Farmers--- a light champagne concoction and shared a yummy cheese plate with my daughter and her friend. They devoured a pizza while I ate an amazing melt in your mouth skirt steak with pesto. Wished there was more! Bartender treated us to their signature dessert- sea salt and caramel and chocolate ... read more

The food was out of this world good... however, it's small, crowded and chairs and tables are very small. I would go back in a heartbeat
