This large and spacious white brick-walled restaurant is located in the meatpacking district of New York. With garage-style doors, cafe chairs, and an open kitchen, it has a very minimalist look but is comfortable nonetheless. Barbuto offers outdoor seating during Spring, so you can enjoy the open air while you munch away. The menu, which features regular Italian fare like pastas, antipasti and the like, changes everyday. Chef Jonathan Waxman is very particular about using the freshest of ingredients available.

Great space, good for parties and excellent grill. I would look at the wine list next time I go, or inquire if I can bring my own bottle.
