I took my bunny to Metropolitan when she developed a head tilt at night. Between them & Barberton, no one has communicated to me the results of her CT scan or that she was transported between the 2 clinics. I received no instructions on care when I picked her up. The doctor will not return my calls. I would not recommend either of these clinics and I will not be returning.
Very unprofessional. Dr. kept us waiting all day while he forgot to call us with a diagnosis for our urgently sick pet. When he did call, he had no answers. No mention of the CT scan we paid for but have no idea it was even read by anyone. We don’t even know if this animal is contagious and should be kept away from the others. We are still waiting on him to call us with this information. Will not be returning.

I’d definitely recommend this place. All the staff members are friendly and professional. Great place too get your pet taken care of. Nothing negative too say
10 days ago I handed my lifeless Friend to Dr. Gary Riggs of the Barberton Veterinary clinic.. today he handed me be back a healthy alert African gray.. Thanks to Dr. Riggs and his amazing staff she can live a normal healthy happy life!! #DrRiggs #amazingVet
I had a great experience here! My bunny needed surgery and I was SO nervous. The staff was super helpful and explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable, and took excellent care of my baby!
