They truly care about your pet. Dr. Riggs gave detailed voicemails or phone calls every day to up date me about my ferret. Him and his staff were so loving towards my ferret when he stayed with them for a week and half and they also kept me up to date on accurate pricing which is hard to come by. If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t have had the extra time with my furbaby. Thank you guys!
Dr Adair has taken tremendous care of my rats, will always recommend him. however, one of my girls had a tumor removed and I was never notified she was out of surgery. when I called to ask, the receptionist was very rude, put me on a 3 second hold, said she was fine and hung up on me. recently I've started school, I called to ask if I could shadow for my class and was told I'd get a call back. after a few days I called again and was told yet again I'd get a call, was completely ignored and thought that was kinda rude on thei... read more

Great team for exotics!
Our two month old rat became very sick 4 days after we brought her home. We took her to the E.R. vet in Akron & she was transferred to Baberton Veterinary Clinic & we are so grateful for all they did for her. They called us twice a day with updates and took such wonderful care of her. She's now recovering well & we are so relieved that they were able to save her.

Dr. Adair gave my rat Sophie stitches awhile back, and was very very kind and helpful in keeping the price reasonable. Today he saw my Remmy and took care of him as he crossed over and passed away. Thank you so so much for all you did for him. I can’t think of a better place to go with such caring people.
