RecommendedDr. Adair took excellent care of my little guinea pig Dora, and called me twice a day to let me know she was ok while she was hospitalized. It meant a lot to my son and I.
Dr. Gary Riggs helped save my bearded dragon. I had taken her to multiple other vets over the past year and this vet got straight to the problem and helped her. He is very through with explaining what is going on and what the options are to help the animal. Without his help my bearded dragon may have died due to problems reproducing eggs. With his experience I felt comfortable with him preforming the ovariectomy on my pet. The vet techs also are very helpful and wouldn’t recommend another vet, especially for exotic animals!
The Veterinarians are great! The receptionist staff is rude, not helpful, and seem to be very unhappy to be working there.
Dr. Adair & Dr. Riggs are fantastic. Our birds love them, they don't like anyone but us mostly. We have had 6 parrots, some ours some fosters, seen by the staff at BVC & each visit has been a successful trip. We have had birds with serious medical conditions, life threatening problems and they have solved the problems, saved the birds, and charged a fair price to do it. We won't go anywhere else ever.
We love Dr. Velez and the staff at BVC! They take such amazing care of all of our Herps and willing to answer all of our questions. We happily make the 1 hour drive from our home in Cleveland to have our Herp babies seen by her. We recommend her to all our friends that also have Herps.
The staff here is always very friendly. I really liked how often they reached out to me while my pup was in their care. The care they provide is always top notch and affordable. Both Sloan and i thank you!

Dr Riggs has been taking care of my girl Jackie Jack she is a Blue and gold Macaw and he is so good with her also He is a great guy to talk too.
