RecommendedI had to bring my chinchilla Simon there today. They were very patient with me because I've been a mess and I wasn't any better when I went there ... LOL. They handled him gently and took care of his teeth problem and sent us home with his meds his formula and great instructions. First time visiting this clinic and we saw Dr. Adair. Due to chickens typically being considered livestock and not common household pets, I have to say I was nervous. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was also extremely compassionate and helpful when we had to make the ultimate decision to put one of our featherbabies down. While I certainly hope we never have to go back for this problem again, I will absolutely not hesitate to return to this practice.
My furr kids have been seeing Dr. Riggs for 19 years now. He is awesome, his staff is knowledgeable and caring and he is an hour away from my home. But it is worth every mile for the kindness and professional care my little ones and not so little ones receive. Would not take my furr kids anywhere else.
They have been so kind to me and my sugar gliders, they know what they are talking about. Sure it might be a couple hour drive to there but definitely worth it!
Dr Adair is very compassionate and thorough. I dont trust anyone else with my two bunnies, especially my 13 year old Mini-Rex who has some health issues. It's obvious this is not just a job to him and that he truly loves animals. I will never take my bunnies, or any future bunnies to anyone else.
I took my birds to Dr Riggs more than 20 years ago and he and the entire office were wonderful. Now as a dog owner living in Ravenna, my dog has an issue our local vet said he could not handle, so I immediately thought of Dr Riggs and he is taking care of her situation wonderfully. We plan to start taking all our dogs there now in spite of the long drive. the quality of care is worth it.
My BunBun stopped eating and no vets in my area would help. I brought him in for an emergency and they helped him recover and get back to normal. I appreciate how great all the staff and Dr Adair was to him, while he was there a few days. I got a few calls every day on updates about him. I live about an hour away and am considering this place as my main vet for my rabbits. They seem to really care about my pet.
I took my rabbit here(2 hours away from where i live) they took such great care of him and are so sweet! they were willing to answer any and all questions i had even after i left! my sweet boy is on his journey to making a full recovery!!(:
They are fantastic and explain everything is great detail!!!
