We had a really good experience. Everyone was nice and they weren't pushy which was really awesome. I would recommend my friends to come here.
The respond was immidiate good and courteous
the car was sold when I got there.
I knew what car I wanted and had information about invoice, MSRP etc. Barber made a fair offer, had the car and delivered on time. The staff was friendly and efficient and, though it's 150 miles from my home, I'd go there again, which means I'd pass a dozen other Honda dealers on the way.
Matt, their internet sales rep did a nice job for us.
Bait and switch. They never answered specific questions to the car I inquired about and they quoted me a price on a brand new car instead.
My decision was already made to buy elsewhere by the time he called.
Responded well, nut their vehicles didn't meet our criteria.
