I previously went to another Ford dealership in the area looking for a new Ford Escape and they were terribly rude to me. I went to Barber Ford and Kathy-Jo was extremely helpful. The car I wanted was still in the process of being shipped to the dealer, and Kathy-Jo kept me updated every step of the way. In about a week I had my new Ford Escape and the process was much easier than I expected. I highly recommend this dealer!!
I recently bought a 2017 Ford Escape! Kathy-Jo Donohue was the sales person who took care of me!! She was great! Everything went quickly and smoothly! She was friendly and completely knowledgeable about the car! I even had questions days later and called her and she answered me promptly and guided me through my issue! Will keep coming back To her and Barber Ford!!
