I had a positive experience at Barber Ford primarily because of my salesperson, Kathy Jo. Kathy Jo was all about placing the customer first. She found the car that I wanted and thoroughly searched for all potential rebates. I felt confident that she gave me the best deal possible. Dealt with some great sales professionals that didn't beat around the bush. Billy Williams took the time to show me new vs. used vehicles and gave me an awesome deal on my trade in.
Was excited to buy a new F150 from barber today. Walked in the door to have them offer me 12,000 dollars on my 2010 Mercedes E350 4matic. The car is in showroom condition. Just serviced. They would literally turn around and list the Mercedes for double that guaranteed. Salesmen basically said nothing he could do. Clearly wasn't driven to make a sale. Perhaps coccia or pollock will appreciate my business then.
My aunt Deborah Purchased her 2015 Ford Escape from here and dealt with Kathy-Jo S. After having a bad experience at a previous dealership , someone referred me to barberford and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for another car. I ended up getting a beautiful Ford Fusion which is exactly what I wanted . It's runs great and no complications! Kathy was amazing and so was everyone else who works there . Everyone makes you feel so welcome and wants to make sure you leave satisfied. I'll definitely be returning in the future .
