I retired from the Ford Motor Company after 30 years and lived on the East Coast, West Coast, and the Mid-West. These guys are the best service department I have ever dealt with....no BS, they are honest, respectful, and get it done. Sales team is also top-notch!
When told it will take "a day and a half" to fix the recall with my clutch, they really mean 6 days (so far..they still have the car. No call yet)
Had a problem and they made good on it, good to know they make up for any wrong doing.
I take me 2010 Fusion here for all the maintenance and inspections. They don't BS you never had a problem. Good stuff
