Barb was great! She recently helped me purchase my own little dream in Paradise. Barbara Sullivan has to be one of the best realtors in Southwest Florida. She had our house under contract in 36 days at a price 46% higher than we paid five years ago! To accommodate the buyers, we agreed to close two weeks after contract.
