Bar Method Hermosa Beach is a great group of ladies, and it provides you with a full body workout from the tops of your shoulders down to your ankles. I’ve been taking classes there for 6 years now, and I continue to go an average of 5 times a week. It is the only workout that I’ve stuck with for more than a year or two. The best part is, I still look forward to each class. You’re guaranteed a booty kicking and having your muscles toned in a short period of time!💪🏻👏🏻

5 Stars !!!!! The toughest most challenging barre classes I've ever taken. I took my first Barre class while visiting Hermosa Beach in 2014 and was hooked. I return to the HB studio whenever I am here and am thrilled that the Bar Method has a fabulous New studio in Minneapolis!
Bar Method in Hermosa Beach is the place I rely on to stay fit and healthy. Milly, the owner, will have you toned and tightened in no time flat.
This is such a nice group of women. I started bar a year and a half ago and just played with it not taking it to seriously. Then last March I put on my big girl panties and took control and started going 5 days a week most weeks. I'm thrilled with the muscle tone that's happening, I actually have a waist line again. My cloths fit better, now if I could only get control of my mouth I just might loose some weight. Bar Junkie
