We went with a party of 12 and our waitress was terrible. My friend actually went and got his own food because she was just standing around and he saw it sitting on the counter ready to go for 10 minutes. She brought us our tickets while we were still eating. We were never greeted when we walked in. Was an all around terrible experience from what we are used to at the bar Louie where we usually go. We happened to be in Dallas for business. Will not waste time going back.

I only put one star because you can't rate any lower. Service was below par as well as the food. I have been to other bar louie's and they blow this location out of the water. Bartender told us of recent promotion to manager and aspirations to be a "rockstar" employee much improvement is needed for that status.
It sucks. Bad service. Nobody came to get our order. We waited for over 30 mins.
Lack of competent management has failed this place terribly!!!
Walked out it was do bd! When we got there, they had were a few tables after 15 mins of sitting there asked for a manager. The manager looked up saw us and went and hide in the back. After 5 more minutes we gave up went to Gordon Biersch had a better happy hour and the bartender is super sweet.
Great place!!!!! Workers are fab and Great location!!!
So you can't order drinks from the inside bar because the bartender is "closing down, while making drinks" yet there is not an outside bartender in sight....sounds like an excellent business model
