Worst Burgers ever, buns were hard as a rock. Sent back, got new tops buns, sent back again for bottom buns and buns still were hard. I ended up eating the burger with out a bun instead. They forgot our ranch and mayo that we asked for, it took two different times to finally get them. The manger did come by to ask how everything was, but all she could say is I'm working on it. Got fast service but I only stayed for one drink. I got a berry mojito and most of my the glass was just fruit.
We have tried this place twice and have not been impressed. First time service was slow and kept having to ask for our waitress. Second time we sat at the bar and still service was not that great. Never received utensils or napkins, drinks were empty, food came out cold and all at once even our appetizers. Wish I could say it was due to being busy but there were many tables open. Many of the waitresses like to hang out at the bar and socialize. Could be a good option for food, if they would focus on service a little better.
First time here. We actually have one in Crystal city. It was ok. Bugers style and tots not hot. Didn't finish app before bugers came out. Almost like they were on steam table. Server really not attentive . Got up to get new app plates . We ordered buffalo bites after burgers.
