Not awesome drinks not consistent, food not great. Table was dirty menus had food on them. Staff was nice.
Whether it's a $5 burger or a draft beer the lack of service will turn anyone off. The service is TERRIBLE! Every time I go in it's literally a waiting game. A game that turns into a joke. Tonight we waited patiently to get sat and watched several staff walk right passed us. After we sat down we waited several minutes to be greeted at our table and again watched staff walk right by. Good food and drinks with an incredible view of Pikes Peak. Service could be better but nice people.
It's so disappointing when you like the atmosphete of a new place but you are completely ignored by the staff. This is the second time we have tried Bar Louie and it's now the last. We sat at the bar and were COMPLETELY ignored when there were several people working the bar. I wish the service wasn't terrible, because that could have been our new favorite place!

Our server was slow and the kitchen but the food was good and the drinks were great.
Whaaaat? Really? Who gave this place 5 stars? Worst service, cold food, slow with the overpriced drinks.
Waited 20 mins to order 2nd drink bcuz server went MIA. Took forever to get food served. $9.50 for a Margarita, $10.50 for a long island. Chicken nachos were mediocre. Cheese was cold for trio dip. Over all huge disappointment. $71 for 2 beers, 3 margaritas, 1 long island & a chix nachos.

We ordered two appetizers. One was average (Spinach artichoke dip had very little flavor) and the other downright terrible (Chips and dips - tortilla chips were mostly broken to the size of a dime and the salsa was so salty we couldn't eat it). Our server Mickey was fabulous though.
