Awful experience with the check in staff and the supervisor on staff. I kept inquiring about whether or not the facility could help me to make sure they were equipped for my situation. They just kept repeating that they can not offer medical advice over and over. I asked if there was a medical person they could ask to make sure I didn’t need to go to the larger facility. Absolutely amazing prompt care for my 5 year old. The doctor was kind, empathetic and went over and above to help reassure us and make sure my kiddo was okay. Thank you and we will be back if we need care again in the future.
Dr.Poirier hands down is the worst doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. No bed side manner and doesn’t even seem to have the knowledge to back up such a cocky attitude. She’s seen my child and my husband and both had horrible experiences. Can’t explain the level of arrogance. Hire anyone else and keep her non pt facing, no one wants all that when they are scared or not feeling well.
We arrived at 5:30am and immediately taken back, night shift was on the ball with quickness and urgency, had bloodwork drawn, as well as xray all before 6am. As soon as day shift changed over that’s when things started downhill. We met the daytime dr and daytime nurse for our case. From there the dr ordered a ct scan, our nurse came in an hour and a half after the order for ct was placed to “go over the report” but no one had even been by the take us to CT….
