Horrible patient services I was disrespected by the nurse Victoria who would not release my own information to me then hung up the phone numerous times and denied me service after I had Cat scans X-rays EKGs I was told she would call the police on me for calling the hospital what a disgusting person I’m here in pain then when I call back she said hello this is taco bell
While all of the staff we interacted with were incredibly kind and caring, I feel it’s important to share our experience so other first-time parents know how important it is to ask questions, advocate for their child, and understand what is being done before consenting. We brought our 2-month-old daughter here less than a week ago, and during her stay she required a lumbar puncture. I came in to the emergency room. Already anxious because of a previous visit to flagler. I was in a lot of pain. These guys treated me as if I'm family. Especially Bethany. They calmed me and helped me out of pain without waiting forever. Thank you staff at Baptist St.augustine
Awful experience with the check in staff and the supervisor on staff. I kept inquiring about whether or not the facility could help me to make sure they were equipped for my situation. They just kept repeating that they can not offer medical advice over and over. I asked if there was a medical person they could ask to make sure I didn’t need to go to the larger facility. Absolutely amazing prompt care for my 5 year old. The doctor was kind, empathetic and went over and above to help reassure us and make sure my kiddo was okay. Thank you and we will be back if we need care again in the future.
