We arrived at 5:30am and immediately taken back, night shift was on the ball with quickness and urgency, had bloodwork drawn, as well as xray all before 6am. My husband and I have both had to visit this Baptist location, for the emergency room and for labs and scans. We have been very pleased with the knowledgable and professional service, and delighted by the convenience.
If you or your child have Epilepsy & PTSD and you value your life avoid this hospital especially in the event of an emergency. The doctors/nurses will discriminate against you and then have you institutionalized/arrested. The nurses will use needles in excessive forceful manner that will leave you bruised and infected. The nurses will use needles in a stabbing/jabbing manner in retaliation of how they feel about you. They will openly violate HIPPA and tell your business and talk amongst one another negatively. I called to ask some questions regarding ins for the children’s ER before I decided if I can go. They had a nurse answer the phone so I explained my question, then she said OK let me transfer you to the desk. So I spoke with the desk lady, I had to repeat all the information I just said to the nurse, and her response was rude, not welcoming, and she also gave me incorrect information. I had went in last night due To feeling worse after getting prescribed medicine for my primary doctor and I was nauseous shaky I had the chills and I knew something was wrong so I went to the ER last night and they saw me very quickly. They treated me very quickly. The doctor was very very kind and so were the nurses they told me that my primary doctor basically didn’t treat me the way they should’ve.
