RecommendedI live in Saint Augustine and refuse to go to my local hospital. I will ALWAYS make the extra drive to come to Baptist Health. They go above and beyond to make sure they find and diagnose properly. They never just run you in and run you out just to flip beds for the next. I came in extremely concerned and they started working diligently on me very fast. Thankful for the team that worked on me last night, the compassion and the teamwork.

RecommendedThe staff was very compassionate, friendly and helpful. Thank you for being able to clam me during my CT scan and MRI. Thank you for your calming voice and being so attentive. The ER team, cafeteria staff, fourth floor staff Darien, Chelsea, Sara, Travis, Rebecca, Dr Chauvin, Dr Patel, Dr Pande, and many others touched me with their caring gentle hands to feel a pulse, check strength in my arms and legs, giving medicine, their knowledge and with the power of God, I’m feeling better. Thank you so much. God bless all of you.
fix your billing department. They have no idea what they are doing. I have had problems with them for 10 years now and at this time I have to see a doctor but wont because of the billing mistakes. I hope they suit me so I can take it to court and let them know how messed up they are. folks the hospital was fine...its the billing department YOU will have problems with.
RecommendedI 100% recommend this hospital to anyone. I came in early this morning for a surgery by Dr.Fox and was treated with utmost respect and kindness which goes a looong way in the medical field. The prep was long and very precautious but I appreciated the extra steps to deter any possible infection(s). My nurses were awesome, and very helpful and accommodating. Stay far away from this place the ER staff is uncaring. They only have 3 ER rooms and there has been an elderly woman here with something lodged in her throat for 4 hours!! Are you kidding me. My husband is in severe pain been here over an hour...no one cares...
