The ASU team is outstanding! It was my first surgery and all the nurses and techs did a great job of easing my mind and explaining what was and would happen. Thank you Jesette, Pete, Jamie, Kyra, and Don for taking such good care of me before and after the procedure. Dr. Manuel was fabulous as well. Looking forward to a speedy recovery!
Went to the ED at BMC South not too long ago. Zero wait time, even though it was obviously a busy time. Was treated with kindness and compassion every step of the way. The RN even gave my daughter a popsicle, which was the highlight of her visit! Great team and would encourage anyone to go if in need of an ED visit.
I was involved in a very difficult four car accident on CR 210 and taken to Baptist South via ambulance. My care was exceptional in the ED and everyone kept my husband informed of exams, X-rays, and other. I am very grateful for the ED physician who treated me and the care provided by RNs, techs, transport, and other.
My husband and I visited the ER on a very busy holiday weekend- despite being busy, we were made to feel like their first priority! The ER has an efficiency/staffing system in place where wait times are kept to minimal. The nurse & physician were exceptionally courteous and prompt- as were all of the staff. We had an evaluation & diagnosis, treatment plan and discharge within a couple of hours. KUDOS.
I had to have an urgent procedure in the Endoscopy department. Everyone I came in contact with was overly friendly and extremely knowledgeable.I would recommend Baptist to everyone.
