RecommendedDr Bell did my second knee replacement today. Thankful for the excellent care from the second I checked in this morning. I had my first knee replacement surgery in April by Dr. Bell and the wonderful experience made this decision to come back from N.C. for the second one to be done by him. My daughter, Amanda who works in the ER convinced me to use Baptist South because I wouldn’t regret the decision and she was right😊

This facility is clean, the staff is amazing, and the food is good. Nurses are amazing in all that they do. My doctor, Mitzi Brock did a amazing job with my surgery. I would recommend this facility. Thank you for all you do to care for people.
Quality is absolutely non-existent at Baptist South Hospital. Today, after falling face first on a tile floor at work during lunch, I was taken to the Emergency Room at Baptist South. At no time did a doctor come and assess me while I was in Room 17. No one even did the simple shine a light in my eyes to see if I might have a concussion after I told several of the nurses who came in that I had a bad migraine, and that I had bad pain in both my knees and the lower right sid...Continue Reading

I was referred there for speech therapy due to problems with my voice. I was never told that the sessions were not covered by my insurance and now I'm stuck with an $1100 bill for sessions that were a complete waste of my time.
RecommendedI took my wife to the emergency room recently for a spider bite. Our experience at the ER was incredible. Everything the staff did was amazing, efficient, and effective, and everyone was very warm and personable. Our visit surpassed our expectations.
Very exceptional ER with great nurses. Clean environment and people act like they like working there. Very thorough discharge and transition of care to home.
