Dr. Celkis is a very caring and expert doctor. She pays very careful attention to our medical needs. She follows up on all our procedures. My husband and I are so grateful for the care we receive. we have found the office staff to be polite and competent.
DH was extremely dissatisfied with his first visit to this facility. He spent over an hour completing the new‑patient paperwork, including a detailed health history, yet none of the information was available to the physician. The physician was visibly frustrated by this, and as a result, DH was unable to address his most urgent concerns because so much time was spent updating past medical history in the chart. Went in for routine checkup and was told I should get a PCV21vaccine for precautionary measure and that its free. I now have a bill for the vaccine of $861.00. I called in to discuss and was told my insurance didn't cover it and it's my responsibility now but would put in for a review. I guess nothing came out of the review since I have a bill mailed to me and no has called me back. If I was told my insurance may not cover it, I would not have elected to get the shot at $861 especially since it's not necessary. Online it sta... read more
