We were patients of Dr Nielson at Baptist Primary Care in Murabella. When she resigned in December, we were explicitly told that unless we chose Dr Rigaud as our Primary Physician, we would be dropped from the practice. BTW, Dr Riguad is slated to move to the Silverleaf facility as soon as it opens. So, instead of a 5 minute drive we will have a 15-20 minute drive. Additionally, when I tried to make an illness appointment at Murabella I was told there was no appointments available on that day and to go to Urgent Care. What ... read more
The front office staff was phenomenal, the medical assistants were very helpful and did an excellent job drawing our blood. Dr. Ernst is down to earth and listens to what we wants and need. I highly recommend him!
