Every time I had to go there had been an emergency, it's just amazing that everyone has such great customer service, I had an appendectomy and my two children there, can't complaint, best hospital in Miami.
Extremely poor service by most staff. Not responsive to calls and emails at all. You keep going in circles. Good luck for international responses! Read all reviews before you go here.Your better off at a Public hospital.
Went because I had a very bad cough to the one on Brickell av. They gave me a medicine that cause a very bad reaction on me so I went back to tell them and to get another one, well... they charge me another copayment just to change me the medicine 😡😡😡

I have been a patient here many times, recommended this place over and over again. I had to take my son here on a Saturday afternoon after he fell and cut his chin. He ended up receiving 2 stitches, no other tests, or exams, nothing else. 2 stitches only. I paid $694 to the facility and then was billed by the doctor who was in the facility another $497. It is absolutely outrageous to pay close to $1200 for 2 stitches. I will never go here again, I'll take my chances with an emergency room visit then be subject to whatever pr... read more

$9000 for a CT scan is price gauging, taking advantage of an uninsured person, had one done at Memorial health system for $500.00 these people are thief's
They took really good care of me. I had my preemie baby there and I spent 21 days in the hospital and the nurses and team of doctors were very helpful, loving, understanding and professional....Dr Cranberry, Dr. Atzimer etc..the nurses on mommy and baby ward are the real heroes. even the Lunch ladies. thanks to everyone!
