Getting to the ER and back to a room went quickly, seem to to take awhile to get to the food. Nurses and techs have all been great
I am writing to you from the waiting room as I am in total shock with the lack of professionalism, organization, friendliness and competence from the staff at the Emergency Room. I want to start by saying that the BAPTIST in Kendall is a disgrace to the health industry and is everything that is wrong with it. Please remember you are working with people not things. My son had surgery this past Wednesday and I have to say that from the moment we checked in until the moment we left, all the staff members that attended my son and i were outstanding and extremely professional. I was confident that my son was in great hands and i want to thank all the employees for doing such an amazing job!!

9hrs in the ER for stitches! Sitting in room for 6 before Dr came in! After a few minutes we noticed Dr never washed his hands. He had to take his contact lenses off to put on his glasses to do the stitches and he didn't wash his hands then, after that he kept taking his glasses on and off with the sterile gloves on! Thank God that a plastic surgeon was then called and we didn't have to deal with ER physician again. Wish they would have decided that when we first arrived but oh yes it took 6 hrs for Dr to see us.
Me parece un buen hospital,el personal,presenta buen trato a los pacientes y acompañantes,prestan un buen servicio en general el personal esta calificado en sus varias funciones
My sister delivered both of her daughters in Baptist Hospital. One yesterday and the other 3 years ago. Both were wonderful experiences with excellent doctors and nurses. Very happy my nieces were born in such a great hospital!
