just had cartaract surgery at Baptist Health Center Eye Surgery and very happy! Nice people and nice facility

I do not recommend it. They charged too much. If you see a doctor in there they will charge you $1000 . I got a bill $850 to check my body temputure and sore though. OMG.

I just received the worse customer service at the Baptist Mammography Center at Macy’s in the Falls. The technician, Norma pretty much looked at me and decided my insurance would not pay for my bone density scan. She insisted that I call the insurance company to verify that Baptist will get paid or I’ll get a bill for over $1200. The girl at the front desk kept telling Norma “the insurance was already verified and there is zero is due”.
