My husband has been coming to this office for roughly a year, give or take, for cognitive decline. We are no closer to a diagnosis now than we were when he came to his first appointment. His appointment has been rescheduled more times than he has actually been seen. If I could give 0 stars I would. I passed out at home went to Brookwood ER (which was a very good experience. No complaints there) I was told they found a Brain Aneurysm. And they gave me the paperwork to make an appointment with Brookwood neurology. Well I called and tried to make an appointment and they said I needed a referral. So I called my doctor and told them to send me a referral over there cause of what the Er found. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Will be changing doctors.
No one will answer the phone and when they do it is impossible to make an appointment or get help. The supervisor, Lasandra will not even call you back.
It is impossible to make an appointment here. I’m following Dr Uhrig from grandview and I’ve been trying to make my appointment since April and every single time I get “someone will call you” and I’m due for my Botox treatment for migraines next week and doubt I receive it on time since I can’t get anyone to schedule me. VERY FRUSTRATING.
