Recommendedmy stay was 10 days and I love my Dr and nurses.they treated me like family.great job team.
If you have an emergency that means you gotta go in fast. Y’all take your time by first taking the darn insurance making sure you can pay, them the lady gives you attitude and decides to chat with someone else. What kind of emergency do y’all have. Very disappointed at the service. Over 20 min that’s just sad.

There is an employee who claims to be able to tell who's in pain or not by looking at their face, who boasted this on a public post, to someone who had recently suffered an aortic dissection. They also literally blamed the victim for being worried about their severe pain being dismissed or treated as malingering, when the whole post was self identifying clinicians bragging about absolutely mistreating people in that manner. Well once again receiving terrible treatment at this sorry hospital. I thought after the great experience back in August that they were making changes. Sadly that is not the case. My husband came in having chest pains (has a history of heart attack and bypass surgery) we were told to wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes. Now he's been in a room for over an hour and still hasn't seen a doctor! I'm so done with this place!

Had my baby Monday.. and I have to say all the staff in labor and delivery were so so so amazing!!! My nurses sheree angel and hope were godsent! I was in a lot of pain and they were so compassionate and kind!! From dietary to house keeping every one were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me and my family with our needs.. it was also very clean and the food was actually really really good!
I had my son Jett here, L&D was amazing. My nurses were so great and made me feel at home. Couldn't have asked for a better OBGYN Dr.McCollum! Will defiantly be back!
