My care team was excellent from the registration staff the OR team 3rd floor and of course Margaret made sure my wants and needs were meet. Dr C was amazing at keeping my family updated. Thank you BHMCA for making me and my family feel like family :)
My college student arrived barely breathing, vomiting, dehydrated, hyperventilating, and they kept questioning her current address and social security number, and wanted her to go sit back out in the waiting room. Then we had unfriendly people in radiology that clearly hate their jobs. This has got to be the worst excuse of a hospital ever! James has blacked out 3 times today and twice yesterday he's having severe headaches and slurred speech. Plus for some reason his normal pain meds are not working. Come to the ER to see if it's something major because it took me 5 minutes to wake him up the last time. They accused him of doing crack cocaine. And then said well we can't give you any pain meds that's probably why you are blacking out. If you have an emergency there's no better place to be than Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. The staff was great and I got a FREE hospital gown! The coffee was good too. Better than Waffle House.
I had a hysterectomy here. My doctor and all the staff were amazing. I did however have one nurse that if could have her fired i would have. You never tell a patient that is needing a blood transfusion that as soon as i eat lunch I'll get you started. Was not at all impressed with but everyone else was hands down very good. My anesthesiologist Eric was very attentive along with my doctor. They made me feel comfortable with all the issues i had.
Everyone was very professional and courteous. I was very comfortable during the whole procedure.
Was their for almost 2 hours waiting cause my daughter had an asma attack just for the doctor to say he couldnt give her anything
