My husband and I are old farts and need a good Dr for all our aches and pains. Dr Jenkins is the best. Seriously...the BEST! The clinic staff is great too. I usually use the portal to make appts., and I don't know who Robyn is, but thanks Robyn on always getting me a timely appt.
I love Doctor Jenkins he is amazing the best family doctor I have ever had, but the clinic itself and the front desk not so good if it was for the front desk ladies I would never be back. They are rude and hateful!
They way overbook the appointments as if my time isn't as important as theirs and a 1000 appointment will allow you to be seen at 1045-1100. That's of course if you can even get in. I was sick as hell and had to go to Concentra and pay a $100 copay because they could get me in like 10 days later. That being said the Docs are awesome and have no control on business but I'm about to leave my doc of 18 years for someone that can see me at my convenience rather than theirs

Dr. Jenkins is a good doctor and so is the PA. However, I have allergies and testing was recommended. The "allegedly" checked my insurance and it was 100% covered. Not even a co-pay. Great! That's better than $30 a month for Claritin. Well surprise it wasn't covered. Nearly 500$ for an epi pen. I couldn't afford. And without it I wasn't given any immunotherapy.
