I am shocked at the way the front desk handled me this morning while having an allergic reaction that I didn't realize at the time was an allergic reaction, but after reading several of the reviews I'm finding that this way of treating patients is rather common. (I ended up at Urgent Care on my own accord). It wasn't just the rudeness, but the hatefulness and sheer lack of concern in the way that they talk to you is unbelievable.
