Nursing staff is unprofessional and rude. Avoid if possible.

Since Floyd has been taken over by Baptist their payment “policies” have also changed. Their policies are a complete joke and so is the AR staff. I called multiple times and had been in contact via email requesting they accept what I could afford per month to pay for 2 ER trips via ambulance... they would not accept and wanted me to pay an absurd amount. RecommendedI gave birth to my son exactly 3 weeks today there and I absolutely loved my stay. Everyone was so helpful and kind to me. I had a really long labor and they were there for me the whole time! I would definitely recommend this place!
After starting my weight lose journey feb 2020 I got my first appointment scheduled, took off work and was ready to go (so I thought). I arrived at the clinic for my 7:30 am appointment only to have everyone called in front of me and waiting almost 45 mins to even be called back.
