Always been very well taken care of , especially when I had a total knee replacement
I just found out that I’m losing my Dr Thomas Schurfranz because Baptist Health won’t let him care for his patients. They say he must continue to take on new patients and limit his time to 15 minutes per patient. It took me a year to find a doctor that I liked and truly cared about me the patient and now I’m losing him because corporate THINKS they know more than a doctor!!!! Great hospital take great care of you
They want my mom to shower before her surgery and the shower only had cold water. Bathroom by waiting room was dirty. No sign on entry door A saying it opened up.
The best hospital I have ever been in. Good care, facility, patient food, caring doctors who take time to listen and explain your condition and care. Highly recommend this place!
