4 hrs in a waiting room and haven’t even been taken back ??? That’s ridiculous
I had open heart surgery one week ago at Baptist East. The care I received was outstanding. The cardiac nurses there are superior in both knowledge and compassion. I would not go anywhere else.

Let's face it, nobody wants to get sick. Nobody wants to have open heart surgery. However, if you need to have it done, this is the place for you! The entire staff is incredible. These people take pride in their careers and it shows. Dr. Samuel Pollock is the absolute BEST heart surgeon on the planet. The care and compassion that not only my father received, but the entire family, is what really makes them shine!
Awesome treatment and marvelous doctors ! I highly recommend Dr. Joseph and Dr. Allen.
Staff, facilities you name it and it is the best.
Going through pulmonary rehab for the next three months. I must say that the staff in the rehab group are awesome! Skilled, knowledgeable, caring, personable and funny are the biggest and best qualities. I’m so glad that I was referred there.
