After my primary care physician of 20+ years retired, I was very fortunate that Dr. Wooldridge opened the Convenient Care office in Millbrook and accepted primary care patients. The convenience of not having to drive to Montgomery is a blessing, and the staff in the office are first rate. With two locations now, just short miles apart, Prattville & Millbrook have a team of top shelf primary care providers!
I can't say the ladies at the desk were very nice or helpful but the visit as a whole was pretty good. I liked the doctor. My meds were called in which was nice.
The staff is friendly and Dr Rick is just Awesome!!!!!!!!
Yesterday was my first visit because of lingering cold/sinus problems and my visit was top-notch from beginning to end! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and my wait was not long at all. Once the nurse came and got me, he got started with my medical history and started running tests immediately. I was so impressed with the way he and Dr. Woolridge paid attention to my medical history and how it played a part in the prolonging of my healing. I will definitely be back and will also recommend you guys.
